부두 한 짐 iOS 앱 개인정보처리방침

이 방침은 App Store에서 내려받는 iOS 앱 부두 한 짐(영문 Harbor Haul, 번들 ID dev.jworld.harborhaul)에 적용돼요. 운영자는 제이월드(대표 진시우)예요. English below.

우리가 받는 정보

회원가입과 로그인이 없고, 이름·연락처·이메일 같은 개인정보를 받지 않아요. 제이월드는 앱에서 어떤 정보도 자체 서버로 보내지 않고, 판매하지 않아요.

기기에 저장하는 정보

게임 진행 기록(깬 계약과 별, 코인, 업그레이드와 꾸미기, 오늘의 계약 기록, 설정)은 휴대폰 안의 앱 저장소에만 저장돼요. 앱을 지우거나 앱 데이터를 지우면 함께 지워져요. iCloud 백업을 켠 경우 이 기록이 이용자 본인의 iCloud 백업에 포함될 수 있어요(제이월드는 볼 수 없어요).

광고 (Google AdMob)

앱은 무료이고 Google AdMob 광고로 운영해요. 이용자가 직접 누를 때만 나오는 보상형 광고(상자 +1, 코인 2배 등)와, 계약 결과 화면을 넘길 때 가끔 나오는 전면 광고가 있어요(처음 시작한 첫 세션과 첫 15분에는 없어요). 계약을 하는 도중에는 광고가 나오지 않아요. 광고를 보여 주기 위해 Google Mobile Ads SDK가 다음 정보를 자동으로 수집해 Google에 보내요.

• 기기의 IP 주소(대략적인 위치 추정에 쓰일 수 있음)
• 앱 안의 상호작용(앱 실행, 광고 탭, 동영상 시청 등)
• 앱과 SDK의 성능·진단 정보(앱 실행 시간 등)
• 기기 식별자: 광고 식별자(IDFA, 아래 '앱 추적 허용'에서 허용한 경우에만), 앱·개발자 단위 식별자

이 정보는 광고 제공과 측정, 분석, 부정 행위 방지에 쓰이고, 전송할 때 암호화(TLS)돼요. Google이 정보를 처리하는 방식은 Google 파트너 사이트·앱의 데이터 사용 방식과 Google 개인정보처리방침에서 볼 수 있어요.

동의와 선택

• 유럽경제지역(EEA)·영국·스위스에서는 처음 실행할 때 Google의 동의 화면(User Messaging Platform)이 떠요. 동의하지 않아도 게임은 그대로 할 수 있고, 맞춤형이 아닌 광고가 나오거나 광고가 나오지 않아요. 고른 내용은 앱 설정 화면의 '광고 개인정보 설정'에서 언제든 바꿀 수 있어요.
• 처음 실행할 때 Apple의 '앱 추적 허용' 창이 떠요. '앱이 추적하지 않도록 요청'을 고르면 광고 식별자가 쓰이지 않고, 설정 → 개인정보 보호 및 보안 → 추적에서 언제든 바꿀 수 있어요.
• 광고는 언제나 보너스예요. 보지 않아도 게임 진행에는 지장이 없어요.

아동

이 앱은 13세 미만 아동을 대상으로 만들지 않았고, 아동의 개인정보를 일부러 수집하지 않아요.

권한

인터넷 연결(광고 불러오기)과 '앱 추적 허용'(광고 식별자)만 요청해요. 위치, 카메라, 마이크, 연락처, 사진 권한은 쓰지 않아요.

보관과 삭제

제이월드가 보관하는 이용자 정보는 없어요. 게임 기록은 앱을 지우면 삭제돼요. Google이 수집한 광고 정보는 Google의 방침에 따라 보관되고, 추적 허용을 끄면 광고 식별자 사용이 멈춰요.

Harbor Haul iOS App Privacy Policy

This policy applies to the iOS app Harbor Haul (부두 한 짐, bundle ID dev.jworld.harborhaul) distributed on the App Store and operated by JWorld (CEO Siwoo Jin).

Information we collect

There is no account or login, and we do not ask for your name, phone number, email or any other personal information. JWorld does not send any data from the app to its own servers and does not sell data.

Data stored on your device

Game progress (cleared contracts and stars, coins, upgrades and cosmetics, daily contract records, settings) is stored only in the app's storage on your phone and is deleted when you uninstall the app or clear its data. If iCloud Backup is on, it may be included in your own iCloud backup, which JWorld cannot access.

Advertising (Google AdMob)

The app is free and supported by Google AdMob ads: rewarded ads that play only when you tap a bonus button (an extra crate, double coins), and an occasional interstitial ad when you leave a contract result screen (never in your first session or the first 15 minutes). No ads appear during a contract. To serve ads, the Google Mobile Ads SDK automatically collects and sends to Google:

• your device's IP address (which may be used to estimate general location)
• in-app interactions (app launches, ad taps, video views)
• performance and diagnostic information about the app and the SDK (such as app launch time)
• device identifiers: the advertising identifier (IDFA, only if you allow tracking in the prompt described below) and app- or developer-scoped identifiers

This data is used for advertising and ad measurement, analytics, and fraud prevention, and is encrypted in transit (TLS). See How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services and the Google Privacy Policy.

Consent and your choices

• In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, Google's consent form (User Messaging Platform) appears on first launch. You can play either way; without consent you see non-personalized ads or no ads. You can change your choice any time under "Ad privacy settings" in the app's Settings screen.
• On first launch Apple's "Allow tracking" prompt appears. If you choose "Ask App Not to Track", the advertising identifier is not used; you can change this any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
• Ads are always an optional bonus; the game progresses the same without them.

Children

The app is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Permissions

Only internet access (to load ads) and the "Allow tracking" prompt (advertising identifier). No location, camera, microphone, contacts or photos permissions.

Retention and deletion

JWorld keeps no user data. Game progress is deleted when you uninstall the app. Advertising data collected by Google is retained under Google's policies; turning tracking off stops use of the advertising identifier.
