퍼트 공작소 안드로이드 앱 개인정보처리방침

이 방침은 Google Play에서 내려받는 안드로이드 앱 퍼트 공작소(영문 Putt Workshop, 패키지 dev.jworld.golf)에 적용돼요. 운영자는 제이월드(대표 진시우)예요. English below.

우리가 받는 정보

회원가입과 로그인이 없고, 이름·연락처·이메일 같은 개인정보를 받지 않아요. 앱은 아래 '익명 앱 사용 통계'에 적은 값만 제이월드 서버(Cloudflare)로 보내고, 어떤 정보도 판매하지 않아요.

기기에 저장하는 정보

게임 진행 기록(클리어한 홀, 별, 코인, 꾸미기, 업적, 오늘의 홀 기록, 설정)은 휴대폰 안의 앱 저장소에만 저장돼요. 앱을 지우거나 앱 데이터를 지우면 함께 지워져요. 안드로이드 자동 백업을 켠 경우 이 기록이 이용자 본인의 Google 계정 백업에 포함될 수 있어요(제이월드는 볼 수 없어요).

익명 앱 사용 통계

게임을 더 낫게 만들려고(어느 홀에서 막히는지, 광고가 불편하지 않은지 보려고), 앱은 다음 값을 제이월드 서버(Cloudflare)로 보내요: 앱을 처음 설치할 때 무작위로 만든 16자리 번호, 앱을 연 사실, 홀을 시작하고 마칠 때의 홀 번호·월드(또는 오늘의 홀)·타수·걸린 시간·클리어 여부, 광고 버튼이 뜨고 눌리고 끝난 결과(광고 자리, 취소·실패 여부), 코인을 쓴 항목과 금액, 건너뛴 홀, 월드 클리어, 앱을 닫을 때의 플레이 시간, 앱 언어. 이 번호로는 개인을 알아볼 수 없고, 이름·연락처·광고 ID·기기 식별자는 보내지 않으며, 서버는 이용자의 IP 주소를 저장하지 않아요. 앱 데이터를 지우거나 앱을 지우면 새 번호가 만들어져요. 이 통계 전송을 따로 끄는 설정은 없어요.

광고 (Google AdMob)

앱은 무료이고 Google AdMob 광고로 운영해요. 이용자가 직접 누를 때만 나오는 보상형 광고(힌트 보기, 코인 2배, 보너스 홀, 꾸미기 써 보기)와, 몇 홀에 한 번 결과 창에서 '다음 홀'을 누른 뒤나 월드 클리어 화면에서 '계속'을 누른 뒤에만 나오는 전면 광고가 있어요. 홀을 치는 중에는 광고가 나오지 않아요. 광고를 보여 주기 위해 Google Mobile Ads SDK가 다음 정보를 자동으로 수집해 Google에 보내요.

• 기기의 IP 주소(대략적인 위치 추정에 쓰일 수 있음)
• 앱 안의 상호작용(앱 실행, 광고 탭, 동영상 시청 등)
• 앱과 SDK의 성능·진단 정보(앱 실행 시간 등)
• 기기 식별자: 안드로이드 광고 ID, 앱 세트 ID

이 정보는 광고 제공과 측정, 분석, 부정 행위 방지에 쓰이고, 전송할 때 암호화(TLS)돼요. Google이 정보를 처리하는 방식은 Google 파트너 사이트·앱의 데이터 사용 방식과 Google 개인정보처리방침에서 볼 수 있어요.

동의와 선택

• 유럽경제지역(EEA)·영국·스위스에서는 처음 실행할 때 Google의 동의 화면(User Messaging Platform)이 떠요. 동의하지 않아도 게임은 그대로 할 수 있고, 맞춤형이 아닌 광고가 나오거나 광고가 나오지 않아요. 고른 내용은 앱 설정의 '광고 개인정보 설정'에서 언제든 바꿀 수 있어요.
• 휴대폰 설정 → Google → 광고에서 광고 ID를 재설정하거나 삭제하고, 맞춤 광고를 끌 수 있어요.
• 광고는 언제나 보너스예요. 보지 않아도 게임 진행에는 지장이 없어요.

아동

이 앱은 13세 미만 아동을 대상으로 만들지 않았고, 아동의 개인정보를 일부러 수집하지 않아요.

권한

인터넷 연결(광고 불러오기), 진동(설정에서 켠 경우), 광고 SDK가 쓰는 네트워크 상태·광고 ID 권한만 써요. 위치, 카메라, 연락처, 저장소 권한은 쓰지 않아요.

보관과 삭제

위의 익명 통계를 빼면 제이월드가 보관하는 이용자 정보는 없어요. 게임 기록은 앱을 지우면 삭제돼요. Google이 수집한 광고 정보는 Google의 방침에 따라 보관되고, 광고 ID 삭제·재설정으로 연결을 끊을 수 있어요.

Putt Workshop Android App Privacy Policy

This policy applies to the Android app Putt Workshop (퍼트 공작소, package dev.jworld.golf) distributed on Google Play and operated by JWorld (CEO Siwoo Jin).

Information we collect

There is no account or login, and we do not ask for your name, phone number, email or any other personal information. The app sends only the values listed under "Anonymous app usage statistics" below to JWorld's server (Cloudflare), and we do not sell data.

Data stored on your device

Game progress (cleared holes, stars, coins, cosmetics, achievements, daily-hole records, settings) is stored only in the app's storage on your phone and is deleted when you uninstall the app or clear its data. If Android Auto Backup is on, it may be included in your own Google account backup, which JWorld cannot access.

Anonymous app usage statistics

To improve the game (to see where players get stuck and whether ads are a nuisance), the app sends the following to JWorld's server (Cloudflare): a random 16-character ID created when the app first runs, the fact that the app was opened, hole number, world (or Daily Hole), strokes, time played and clear status when a hole starts and ends, ad button events (ad placement, whether it was tapped, finished, cancelled or failed), what coins were spent on and how many, skipped holes, world clears, play time when the app closes, and the app language. This ID cannot identify you personally; we do not send your name, contact details, advertising ID or any device identifier, and the server does not store your IP address. Clearing app data or uninstalling creates a new ID on the next install. There is no separate setting to turn these statistics off.

Advertising (Google AdMob)

The app is free and supported by Google AdMob ads: rewarded ads that play only when you tap a bonus button (viewing a hint, doubling coins, a bonus hole, trying a cosmetic), and, every few holes, an interstitial ad shown only after you tap "Next hole" on the result window or "Continue" on a world-clear screen. No ads appear while you are playing a hole. To serve ads, the Google Mobile Ads SDK automatically collects and sends to Google:

• your device's IP address (which may be used to estimate general location)
• in-app interactions (app launches, ad taps, video views)
• performance and diagnostic information about the app and the SDK (such as app launch time)
• device identifiers: the Android advertising ID and app set ID

This data is used for advertising and ad measurement, analytics, and fraud prevention, and is encrypted in transit (TLS). See How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services and the Google Privacy Policy.

Consent and your choices

• In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, Google's consent form (User Messaging Platform) appears on first launch. You can play either way; without consent you see non-personalized ads or no ads. You can change your choice any time under "Ad privacy settings" in the app's Settings.
• In your phone's Settings → Google → Ads you can reset or delete your advertising ID and opt out of personalized ads.
• Ads are always an optional bonus; the game progresses the same without them.

Children

The app is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Permissions

Only internet access (to load ads), vibration (when turned on in Settings), plus the network-state and advertising-ID permissions the ads SDK requires. No location, camera, contacts or storage permissions.

Retention and deletion

Apart from the anonymous statistics above, JWorld keeps no user data. Game progress is deleted when you uninstall the app. Advertising data collected by Google is retained under Google's policies; deleting or resetting your advertising ID unlinks it.
