JWorld Games Terms of Service

These terms apply to games made by JWorld (CEO Siwoo Jin) — web games on games.jworld.dev, Google Play apps, TikTok mini games and games on web game portals. By playing, you agree to these terms.

1. Free to play, ad-supported

The games are free and supported by ads, shown as each game and its channel's rules allow. In-game currencies such as coins and stars are for play only, have no cash value, and cannot be exchanged or transferred.

2. Accounts and progress

Most games need no account; progress is stored on your device. Clearing your device, browser or app data may delete it, and JWorld cannot restore it.

3. Your conduct

Do not hack or modify the games, use automation to obtain ad rewards, or disrupt other players or the service.

4. Content and rights

Rights in the games' code, art and text belong to JWorld or their rightful owners. Some images were made with generative AI and then selected and edited; credits for free assets are listed in each game's info screen.

5. Changes and discontinuation

JWorld may change the games or discontinue the service, and will announce major changes in the game or on the site where possible.

6. Limitation of liability

The games are provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, JWorld is not liable for loss of progress or indirect damages arising from use of the free service.

7. Privacy
